Tranquility Villa
Tranquility Villa is a lovely 7 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath villa, located directly on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach.
This elegant villa features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, beautiful decor, private pool, tennis court with basketball hoop, satellite TV, VCR (movie library including children"s videos), sound system with CD player, DSL Internet access, and complimentary cell phone.
The main villa has 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths, 2 of these bedrooms have french doors that lead to a very large furnished veranda for lounging reading or having a cocktail at sunset. There is a large living room and dining room in the main villa. The beach front cottage has a master bedroom upstairs with a "second story" private cobblestone veranda just steps from your bed, a large en-suite marble bath with "oversize" walk-in shower. On the ground level of this cottage there is a 2nd smaller bedroom along with living room with Sat. TV and sound system, full kitchen with microwave, and beach front terrace. There is a powder room on the ground level of the cottage. Not to be forgotten is a private beach side dining gazebo, also just steps from your, newly enlarged freshwater swimming pool. The owner provides two sea kayaks for your enjoyment!

Master Bedroom 1
King size 4-poster bed. Flat screen cable television. 4 pairs of mahogany French doors to veranda. Modern en-suite bathroom features handsome gray and tan tile open shower with twin rain forest shower jets. Just steps from the pool.
Master Bedroom 2
King size bed . 400-square-foot suite with flat screen cable television. En-suite bathroom has bathtub plus separate walk-in shower. French doors open to private furnished veranda. 3 steps down and path to pool, gazebo and beach.
Bedroom 3
Optional king size or twin beds. en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and wonderful second very private shower in outdoor walled garden. French doors open from bedroom to veranda.
Bedroom 4
Optional king size or twin beds; en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. French doors to private patio, grounds and tennis court.
Beach Cottage
Bedrooms 5 & 6
Designed as the owners’ private quarters, this is an exquisite 2-story cottage right next to the sea. Downstairs are the living room, kitchen with microwave, VCR and cable television, sound system, small extra bedroom with with queensize bed, hall bathroom and walk-in shower. The lower level opens to a private terrace on the edge of the beach where meals are served if only the Beach Cottage is occupied. (If more than two guests are in residence, all meals are served on the main house veranda, although eye-opener coffee and fruit may be served at the Beach Cottage.) Upstairs are the king size bedroom, over-the-beach balcony with lounges for sunning or star-gazing, and large en-suite marble bath with oversize walk-in shower.
Bedroom 7
A new bedroom with bunk beds has been added to the Beach Cottage. The new room connects the upstairs to the Master Bedroom in the Cottage and provides another convenient parent-child suite.
